I consider it essential to achieve and maintain balance primarily in my own life, but also in my clients' lives - in self-awareness, self-actualization, and relationships. I have completed a master's degree in clinical psychology at Tartu Ülikoolis, and in addition to my calling as a supervisor, I work daily as a professional psychologist-counselor (level 7) in my private practice.
