I am an educational psychologist. Additionally, I have studied various therapies (NLP or Neuro-linguistic programming, EFT or Emotional freedom technique, sound therapy, access consciousness body techniques, and journey therapy), which complement my daily work. I work as a psychologist, therapist, coach, and supervisor in educational institutions, companies, and private practice. I have collaborated with various organizations such as: Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, Domus Kinnisvara OÜ, Tammer OÜ, Tallinn School of Economics, Käru School, Kajamaa School, etc. I work both individually and with groups and teams. In my work, I often use open questions, physical movement, and metaphor cards. I have completed a 2.5-year supervisor and coach training program (International Supervision and Coaching Institute 2016-2018) and hold a certificate that meets ANSE standards. I am a member of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association. I am convinced that all answers exist within each person. For the right answers, we only need the right questions, methodologies, and a supportive attitude.
