For me, dialogue is important - where thoughts can clarify peacefully and where honesty, clarity and human connection are a natural part of the process. I am guided by values such as openness, flexibility, and respect. I have learned from many encounters that have taught me to listen attentively, notice nuances, and create a safe environment. My working style is calm, clear and structured. I don't make the simple complicated, rather I help make the complex understandable, so that people find new meaning in their thoughts and feelings. My superpower is presence and listening. I completed supervisor-coach training from 2013-2016 at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute) and achieved Level 7 qualification.
