I am a former police investigator and current department head at Wise - meaning my daily work involves helping leaders manage their teams. I have observed, experienced, and led various teams in very different environments. Through this process, I have come to understand that the concerns and obstacles of these different teams are fundamentally very similar. My goal is simple – to help leaders lead consciously so they can create a team from a group of people that delivers real results. To achieve this, trainings take place in small groups in the form of lively discussions. I use many coaching techniques and let participants essentially lead the conversation themselves – so they can reach conclusions on their own, internalize them, and truly know how to apply them. This means I don't come to stand in front of the "class" to read a standard program, but the training develops in collaboration with participants. We discuss teamwork opportunities and bottlenecks from different angles, where each participant gets to talk about their own team.
