As an Executive Coach, I help you shape your future in the direction you desire. I consider my strengths to be entrepreneurial experience and extensive experience working as an HR manager, trainer, and internal coach in international technology companies. Having experienced the positive and sustainable impact of coaching myself and also having observed and recognized it in my clients, I see a great need for coaching as a partnership relationship in all stakeholder groups and areas of life. Coaching helps broaden perspectives, step out of comfort zones, and grow along that path. Coaching is a journey toward better self-understanding: it helps shape life goals while rediscovering your readiness to be who you want to be and create what you want to create. As a result of coaching, we can better define ourselves as individuals and as leaders, see both the smaller and bigger picture, and discover opportunities to implement our goals, becoming more collaborative. I received my coaching training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) program. The CTI coaching model is considered the most flexible and scientifically proven model that prepares coaches to support clients from any area of life. In addition, I rely heavily in my coaching on neuroscience, the Positive Intelligence model (PQ), and Systemic Team Coaching theory and practice.
