I graduated from Tallinn University of Technology, Faculty of Economics, majoring in IT, studies from 1979-1984. I acquired the necessary knowledge and practical skills to work as a psychologist at the Professional Psychology Private School from 1995-1999 (EAP psychotherapy basic training) and later continued my education in the master's program at Audentes University. I received specialized training to work as an adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist through Nuorisopeykoterapia-säätiö and Viron Nuorisopsykoterapian Tukiyhdistys training from 2003-2008. I hold a European psychotherapist certificate issued by the European Association for Psychotherapy in 2016 and a supervisor, coach diploma from 2016. I am a member of the board of the Adolescent Psychotherapy Society. I worked at Tallinn Children's Hospital as a psychologist and psychotherapist from 1997-2017. In the Children's Hospital Psychiatry Clinic established in 2011, more specific work was added with patients in the behavioral and addiction disorders department, counseling parents, support networks and staff, training, leading support groups for parents and adolescents with various diagnoses. From 2000-2008 I worked part-time as a school psychologist at Rocca al Mare School. Since 2017 I work as a psychologist/psychotherapist at Marienthal Clinic. As a trainer, I have collaborated with Tallinn Children's Hospital, Rocca al Mare School Training Center and the National Institute for Health Development, with topics including conducting developmental conversations, developing parental skills and coping with children's and young people's developmental needs. I have worked as a supervisor since 2016 and the main collaboration has been with staff of various children's homes in the social insurance sector. Main supervision work areas: team supervision – change management, relationship crises and conflicts in the team, individual crises in the team, role conflicts, motivation issues, etc.
