I have completed a 3-year supervision and coaching training at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) based on a curriculum that meets ANSE/ESCÜ standards. I have worked in Estonian start-up information technology companies as an internal coach, sales manager, HR manager, and customer service manager. This has provided me with rich experience to understand employees' needs, goals, and bottlenecks. My challenge and passion has been to bring out the best in people both individually and as a team.
