I have 20 years of management experience, 15 of which as a middle manager, where my duties included developing the company's strategy as well as setting the focal points of the field and implementing them. As Head of PR, I had a major role in communication during the merger of two large companies, i.e. the biggest possible change processes. I have worked in the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and, for the past 15 years, in entertainment and communication company Elisa. As a manager and executive coach, I am an active spokesperson in media and I have taught seminars on modern management styles and building a personal brand for managers at various universities and companies.
