I am a founding member of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (ESCÜ) – it was 1997 and we, the founders at the time, were completing the first supervisor training course in Estonia, with Achim Fritzsche as our teacher (DGSv, Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Supervision und Coaching) I am a founding member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI https://www.isci.ee/) (in 2011) and a lead instructor in the 2.5-year training program for supervisors and coaches. I am a psychologist, counselor and counselor trainer who graduated from the University of Tartu; a facilitator of solution-focused brief therapy courses. As a supervisor and trainer, I gladly contribute to the benefit of people working with people in all fields.
