My superpower is creating such safety where even the most complex stories can become visible while the person or team maintains contact with their resources, life force and trust I am a supervisor, trainer and creative therapist with over 16 years of work experience in the field of mental health and development support. For me, it is important to create a safe and non-judgmental space where people can honestly meet both their work-related challenges and internal resources. I believe that supervision is not merely an analysis of situations, but a place where one can recover, clarify and find contact with oneself. I base my work on the understanding that a person is a holistic system – work, body, emotions, relationships and internal patterns are closely interconnected. My mission is to support specialists and teams in developing awareness, self-care and clearer inner perception and trusting it, so they can do their work sustainably and in harmony with themselves. In my values, I consider authenticity, unconditional acceptance, creativity and responsibility important – both towards myself and others. I value simplicity, clarity and honest contact. My work experience is diverse: I have worked individually, with groups and teams with specialists from healthcare, education and social sectors. My work style has been shaped by systemic approach, solution-focus, mindfulness practices and creative therapeutic approaches. My signature is calm, present and practical, so that everything needed can safely emerge and the person finds resources within themselves to move forward in a life-supporting way. I combine deeper self-observation with simple and applicable tools, so that what is experienced in supervision finds a natural place in everyday work life. I completed the Creative Supervision and Coaching training at Tallinn University in 2017. I finished my Master's degree in Health Sciences in 2012 and am a certified supervisor and coach, level 7 according to ESCÜ quality standards.
