My journey to human-related topics began with management. Thanks to active involvement in both business and non-profit worlds, I quickly realized how important people are and how crucial the work done with people is. I also came to understand that conventional management training is not sufficient for understanding people. From this realization grew a path that, in addition to engineering and economics education, led me to different directions in psychology. Today, my knowledge base is complemented by psychology education from University of Tartu, family therapy, organizational conflict mediation, DISC management theory, and many other human-centered approaches. I have completed solution-focused coaching and team coaching training at Erickson College. Solution-focused coaching has become a logical continuation of everything previous, helping to frame the knowledge and experience acquired so far into a unified whole. Today I work with both individuals and teams. Thanks to organizational conflict mediation, I can support organizations in situations where contradictions have emerged between people that hinder daily functioning. I gladly share my accumulated knowledge in training sessions dealing with people and management. The topic closest to my heart has become the functioning of organizational emotional processes. Understanding how anxiety and tension affects people and their relationships and how this manifests in daily cooperation.
