About

As a professional coach and supervisor (ISCI training, ICF "High Performance Team Coach"), I am a partner to leaders, specialists and teams in various organizations. My first education is an MA in Financial Management from Tartu Ülikooli, the second in marketing and communication management (Soome Markkinointtti Instittuuti). NLP Master level training and business constellation training (Süsteemsete Lahenduste ja Konsultatsiooni Instituut) added the necessary systemic approach tools that in today's environment demanding rapid and flexible changes allow me to quickly bring to light, both as a coach and supervisor, the dynamics that hinder development. During decades of work experience, I have simultaneously led people and processes in different fields and in companies of various sizes, mainly international ones. Achieving results in organizations and supporting team development is my passion. The best way to learn and pass on what has been learned is to train, which is why I have worked as a trainer and business consultant in various companies, the longest of which was at the training and consulting company Mercuri Iternational Eesti. In addition to working as a coach and supervisor, I am also a company leader, which gives me the daily opportunity to practice coaching leadership and supervision techniques in team development. Switching focus and roles brings many new insights and opportunities to test different approaches. I am at heart a promoter of educational innovation and thus support educational institutions as a cooperation partner in implementing development plans and creating a co-creative organizational culture. I am a member of ESCÜ's education sector working group, which contributes to implementing changes in Estonia's education system through popularizing supervision. As a supervisor, and I also support my clients, I start the journey exactly where they currently are. As a supervisor, I am only a fellow traveler and thought partner for the client in discovering their story and a bridge on the path toward seeing possibilities and solutions.
