I work both individually and with teams and groups. I am a business, social and educational consultant, mentor and trainer with over twenty years of experience. In addition to this, I have experience as a supervisor and coach working with leaders, specialists and teams. I have worked in business enterprises as a board member and internal coach as well as an external supervisor and coach, which is why I know the needs, obstacles and opportunities of different stakeholders. In my supervision and coaching work, I contribute to creating a safe development environment and unleashing a person's own motivation and creativity. I believe that people can accomplish miracles. Through my work, I help make the invisible visible and find a path from confusion to clarity. I believe that good living, relationships and work can be learned, and changes happen with those who invest in it. I have completed a 3-year supervisor-coach training that meets ANSE/ESCÜ standards (ISCI 2014-2017). I have obtained a Master's degree in Social Work in Social Sciences from Tallinna Ülikool and additionally studied counseling and organizational psychology at TÜ. Over the years, I have enhanced my skills through various trainings in different therapies, communication skills, cooperation, negotiations, and emotion management. My work style as a supervisor and coach is influenced by: positive psychology, solution-focused and appreciative approach, creative techniques, psychodrama action methods, systemic family therapy approach, constellation and structural techniques.
