I am convinced that people must be in motion and continuous self-development supports both professional and personal growth. I believe that supervision supports us professionally and helps us move forward, but also analyze our previous activities, and this is especially important for helping professions. My superpower is coping in difficult situations. I have worked in the social sector since 2009, contributing 16 years at the unemployment office in various positions supporting people. Additionally, I am an experience counselor at Tallinna Lastehaiglat and in my own private practice, I conduct basic training for experience counselors and occasionally train medical staff on topics related to communication with relatives and crisis situations. I believe in the power of stories - whether spoken or written, our stories carry us and storytelling supports us even in difficult situations. These are exactly the thoughts I base my supervision work on. I obtained a master's degree from Tartu Ülikool in social work and social policy in 2011 and completed supervisor-coach training in the psychosocial field at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute) in 2022.
