I am a psychosocial field supervisor-coach. In addition to cross-sector supervisor-coach competence, I have acquired more specific knowledge and skills to support specialists working with vulnerable client groups. My work so far has brought me together with education and social sector specialists and leaders, but I am open to helping in other fields as well. I have conducted individual supervisions and coaching sessions, team development days, supervisions and co-visions. I base my work on the principle that every person contains the resources and wisdom to cope with their challenges. I help to find and make these visible. When working with people or being in a helper role, it is important to take care of one's internal resources and find time for mental recovery. I want to be a reflector, blind spot identifier and empowerer on this journey. I trust the rhythm of a person's own journey and am client-centered. My journey in both work activities and lifelong learning has proceeded through the educational landscape. I have acquired both primary teacher and special educator qualifications, and have completed educational institution leadership training. For the past 13 years I have been developing educational counseling services and currently work as head of the Pärnu, Viljandi and Rapla county office at the Education and Youth Board. I consider my strength to be that I have worked in close cooperation with education, social and healthcare sector specialists as a teacher, special educator and leader, and know the needs and possibilities of these fields quite well. I apply both solution-focused and systemic approach methods and creative techniques as well as appreciative inquiry in my work. I try to sense which style suits the client and choose accordingly between a more rational or creative approach.
