I believe that the leadership footprint in the world is the most important footprint of all. This is one reason why I have decided to work with leaders and leadership for so long. We often hear that we need to reduce our environmental footprint, but what about the leadership footprint - should we probably increase it? Actually, it doesn't matter whether the footprint is big or small, what matters is that it has made the world better. In today's technology era, where fear of the future is justified, it is even more important that the world is in the hands of good leaders. I believe in a coaching leadership culture. A culture that is demanding and tough, yet kind and fair at the same time. A culture that is progressive and where it is easy to take responsibility. In addition to being a coach, I am also a practicing leader. I have personally tested everything I talk about and believe in. Coaching leadership culture is the foundation of my companies. I believe I have proven both at work and in training that coaching is not a soft and weak way to lead people, but quite the opposite. The most important thing is to understand that no matter what you plan as a leader or want to accomplish - everything starts with you - your energy and your example. My mission is to do everything to ensure that Estonia has more good leaders. Today's leader needs a kind mirror that is honest, perhaps tough, but always benevolent. Benevolence is for me the greatest wisdom a person can have. A coach helps you step into another person's shoes and is always on your side when giving any feedback. I have over 20 years of management experience and about 20 years of senior executive experience. Over 8 years of coaching experience working with clients from both public and private sectors. Today I am a leader and partner in one of Estonia's largest digital agencies, Nobel Digital OÜ. Additionally, I am a certified coach for leaders and teams in companies Head Juhid OÜ and Nobel People OÜ. Since 2023, I am also certified to conduct culture change at team and company levels. I have studied mainly in the United Kingdom and at various international trainings around the world.
