I have been a career counselor for healthcare workers and leaders since 2006. I graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nursing Science – Baccalaureus scientiarum 1998, University of Kuopio Department of Social Sciences in Health Sciences – Master scientiarum 2004 and I am currently a doctoral student at Tallinn University Department of Andragogy. From 1997 to 2002 I worked at the North Estonian Blood Center, from 2002 to 2008 as training manager at West Tallinn Central Hospital and since 2009 I have been training manager at KKC Tegemised. In my free time I am a Rescue Diver and first aid instructor. Motto: What is done well today – no worries tomorrow
