I am a practicing life coach and experience counselor. To get to where I am today, I have had to make difficult choices and life-changing decisions. Some time ago, difficult moments seemed more like punishment or misfortune. Today, however, I see that the more complex moments life has offered me, the greater lessons and teachers those moments have become for me. Today I can easily lift myself to become an observer in situations and ask myself questions such as how true is the emotion I am currently feeling, what could be the worst thing that could happen to me and how likely is it that this will materialize.
