As a supervisor and coach, I have experience working with teachers, HR managers, and caregivers. I support both groups and individual clients, creating a safe and trusting space where it's possible to pause, make sense of experiences, and find new solutions. I am characterized by a deep belief in human potential for growth and creativity. I believe that everyone has the resources and wisdom to cope with their challenges. I am alongside the client – I listen, reflect, ask, support, and help notice new perspectives. For me, it's important to be truly present. My superpower is creating a safe space where a person dares to truly think, feel, and grow. My background is diverse – I graduated from University of Tartu as a chemistry teacher and worked for five years in school as both a subject teacher and class teacher. I also have long-term experience in private enterprise as an HR specialist and accountant. This gives me a good understanding of both educational and organizational environment challenges. I love life and people. I consider it important to notice small joys in every experience and be grateful for beautiful moments. It's with this attitude that I create space in my work where it's safe to grow, seek solutions, and move forward. I have completed training that meets ANSE (Association of National Organisations of Supervision in Europe) standards at International Supervision and Coaching Institute and obtained supervisor and coach diplomas. I have completed Coaching Constellation I, II, and III modules and participated in gestalt therapist training (GIS International). Currently, I am continuing my education in therapist training at Kiira Järve Pereteraapia Kool.
