My guiding principle is to trust the power hidden in simple things – that's where clarity and balance begin. I believe that even in the most complex situations, a person first needs a safe space and time where they can be truly seen and heard. As a supervisor and coach, I offer the opportunity to pause, listen to yourself and find balance to discover new perspectives and make conscious choices. At the center of my work is creating clarity and transparency – both within the person and in relationships and systems. True change begins with understanding, which opens the way to next steps and new possibilities. My work so far has often brought me together with education and social sector specialists and leaders, but I have also worked in other fields and am open to cooperation where there is a need for clarity, balance and conscious choices. I have worked as an educational institution leader, teacher, social pedagogue, and crisis, grief and experience counselor. I have master's degrees in philology and social sciences, a level 7 social pedagogue qualification with management and trainer competencies. I have completed supervisor, coach and psychodrama practitioner training at the Moreno Center.
