Whether in leadership, career matters, or simply in life itself. I am a senior executive, coach, and entrepreneur with extensive international experience. I have been involved in coaching for several years and in people management for much longer. I am a certified executive coach (Academy of Executive Coaching, London and EBS, Tallinn) and currently continuing my studies. In coaching, I definitely consider trust and being on the same wavelength important. Takes two to tango, as they say. And the same definitely applies to coaching – pure teamwork. Your desire to develop, move forward and grow is the foundation of everything. I can support you here with my questions, my life experience and my ability to think along. You bring the music – the theme and rhythm. And I help set the steps, make plans and create clarity. I have lived and worked outside Estonia for a long time. I am familiar with both larger and smaller company management and challenges. In recent years, I have been heavily involved with supply chains, procurement management, environmental issues, circular economy and logistics. I am particularly familiar with Finland-related topics, as I have lived there for a long time. I also have experience in board and management work - so I can definitely support you in executive coaching. I believe that life is a matter of attitude. Sometimes things go up, sometimes downhill, and there are things we cannot change. But I have learned that ultimately only how we decide to act next matters. I also have both highs and lows in my experience and I think this helps me understand and support on many topics such as self-confidence, burnout, finding work-life balance, career choices. I am also a mother and believe that this has taught me a lot in life and I am extremely grateful for this experience. So I am happy to be your development coach as well. I am happy to do coaching face-to-face in my studio, but virtual works too. I also love using creative methods that more easily open up conversations and help visualize your desires, thoughts and plans.
