My work focuses primarily on education sector specialists and leaders who want to act more consciously and in a more balanced way in their work. I also support teams who want to improve their mutual cooperation and create a stronger and more supportive work environment together. My superpower is creating a safe and clear space where work-related confusion, tension or deadlock gains clarity and you find the right answers and next steps for yourself. In supervision and coaching, I use diverse methods, including creative approaches such as psychodrama or SandStory, which help people better understand their thoughts and feelings through creating symbols and stories. My approach is practical, solution-focused and at the same time caring – in every process I start from the person as a whole, respecting their unique journey. I believe that questions are often more important than answers – and the right questions can open doors we don't even realize exist. Therefore, I approach each person and team individually, helping them find their way forward. In my work with people, I am guided by three core values: trust, conscious development and humanity. I believe that every person needs support to grow, and my role is to help them do so in a safe and supportive environment. I completed supervisor and coach training in 2020 at Moreno Center in Tallinn and in 2023 psychodrama director (group-based method) training at the same center.
