I am an ANSE standard supervisor-coach, trainer (level 6) with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals and teams. It is important for me to create a space where difficult topics can be discussed honestly. This creates an opportunity to notice and explore, discover and develop beyond existing boundaries. I believe that clarity begins with honest introspection. Self-reflection is the foundation of professional maturity and development journey - at individual, team and organizational levels. Changes happen when there is courage to explore, notice one's strengths and obstacles, learn from them and make conscious choices. My mission is to support leaders and teams so that complex situations gain meaning, become meaningful and development gets a conscious direction. I support changes by helping leaders, teams and organizations become more aware of their capacity and impact - the power that exists within them. My values are human wholeness, safety, clarity and systemic approach, co-creation and dialogical communication culture, and lifelong development. I respect vulnerability as the source of human strength. My experiences have been shaped in various work roles in private and public sectors - both in national level systemic development work, service quality creation, as leader and manager of teams and co-creation projects, as well as in local government, probation services, rehabilitation, healthcare and social sector client work. This gives me deep understanding of the content of sectoral work and practical experience of how people's daily work and larger systemic frameworks influence each other. My approach is inclusive and dialogical. I rely on humanistic, systemic and solution-focused approaches. I creatively combine various active learning methods, systemic coaching, constellation and process work techniques in my work. My superpower is creating systemic clarity in confusion and knots. Our words create impact and power, in which I seek meanings and translate complexity into understandable - from helicopter view to grassroots level and vice versa.
