I am Katre, a lifelong marketer. Having worked in marketing for over 22 years across very different fields, in both small and large teams, as a practitioner, consultant, and mentor, I have accumulated a pleasantly large baggage of experiences that I am happy to share with others today. I am definitely not a teacher, but rather a listener, sharer, and reflector. In mentoring, I advocate for partnership, learning and growing together. Mentoring is for me primarily a collaborative process to reach expected results as pleasantly as possible. In order for me to be of use to you, we must first get to know each other nicely, then align our goals and articulate the direction we will be heading. We will have our first meeting in free form and simply get acquainted. I never charge for this. If the feeling is good, then at the next meeting we will go into a bit more detail and articulate the goals. For contacts that come through Mentorhub, I also don't charge for the second meeting. And if after the second meeting the feeling is still good, then we agree on the third meeting and pricing, and so on.
