I don't skydive, but I do support you through a trusting relationship on your coaching journey! My long-term international work experience in the HR field has given me a broad understanding of different people and cultures. Since 2019, I have been the HR and Organizational Development Manager for the Northern European region of an international cable manufacturing corporation. My current role provides the opportunity to support leaders internally through internal coaching and contribute to their capabilities. Additionally, I support leaders through internal training on basic coaching knowledge. People's abilities emerge when they want it themselves, not when they have to. Therefore, my passion for coaching is driven by a deep conviction that coaching is a powerful tool for those who truly want it. To increase coaching knowledge, I conduct information sessions in high schools for both graduates and teachers. Raising awareness among young people and making them aware of the benefits of coaching has become a matter close to my heart. Client feedback has said that my strength is listening skills and creating a safe space where people dare to be themselves and open up. Through my activities, I am like a trampoline for clients that amplifies and supports their thoughts. I acquired my coaching skills at EBS Executive Education and hold a Coaching Skills Certificate, Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
