I have worked as a trainer, supervisor and coach for 25 years, supervisor, level 8 and coach since 2016. From 2010-2017 I taught supervisors and coaches at Moreno Supervision and Coaching Training Center and developed covision systems. I have written relevant articles published in Äripäev Management Handbook, Director, etc. I studied special education as my first degree at Tartu Ülikool and worked as a lecturer in team management and management psychology at Mainor Kõrgkool. During university I started psychotherapy studies in psychodrama, followed by NLP, family therapy, family and organizational constellations and other therapies. I also use these approaches in conducting coaching. I have completed supervisor and coach training twice - ANSE international standards compliant supervisor and coach training in cooperation with Institut für Supervision Organisation Kommunikation der Rote Faden and Tallinna Ülikool, and Helsinki Psychodrama Institute supervisor and coach training (the second time also being a training supervisor). I have done supervision, coaching and training cooperation with many public and private sector organizations operating in different spheres - from social sector, education and healthcare to business. In recent years I have worked extensively with various Estonian substitute homes in children's, cooperation and management areas. I consider my specialty to be knowledge of both conscious and unconscious laws of organizational management and functioning, and I work with problems arising from wrong positions and hierarchies. I also work with all kinds of hidden dynamics and resulting difficulties in organizations and teams, change management and team involvement issues. In addition, I have long-term experience with inclusive leadership principles, leadership competencies and goal achievement at work.
