About
I am a psychosocial supervisor-coach, adult trainer and practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in the social and employment sector. I have worked as a top specialist, developer and methodologist mainly in the public sector, as well as for more than 20 years as a lecturer at Tallinn University. It is important to me that a person can be in harmony with themselves and their values in their work and life roles. That professional responsibility does not mean constant self-overcoming, but conscious and balanced action. That work would be a place to experience meaningfulness, flow and solidarity. I believe that every person has internal resources and wisdom that can be consciously opened. I believe that staying true to one's values creates clarity, inner confidence and courage to make choices that support both professional development and personal well-being. I consider my mission to support people and teams in finding clarity, balance and joy in their work. To create a safe and meaningful space where one can pause, look inside, learn from experience and make more conscious choices. Being a mother of five children, I know what it really means to combine work and family life - studies, responsible work and juggling. And how important it is to consciously prevent burnout! My values are simplicity, humanity, authenticity, responsibility, caring and development. I believe that sustainable success is born when a person does not lose themselves. My work has been connected to the social and employment sector for more than 25 years - as a top specialist, trainer, developer and leader. I am a trainer in the social, employment and rehabilitation field (CARe methodology, self-care, recovery) and my work has been related to both individual development and systemic changes. My approach as a supervisor is calm, systematic and heartfelt. I create a structured process where there is room for both analysis and meaning-making. I support clients in the courage to stay true to their values and shape work and life arrangements that are truly alive and supportive. I graduated from the International Supervision and Coaching Institute training in 2022 and defended my doctoral degree in social work in 2018. I continue my studies at the Holistika Institute in holistic regression therapist training.
