I am a coach, trainer and founder of Avang Coaching Center. My work centers on people – leaders and teams who want to make sense of their work and life more consciously and make changes that have meaning for them. I am interested in how people and systems function and how to create space where one can think calmly, reflect and find new perspectives. I dream of a world where the vast majority of people wake up every morning inspired, feel safe and go home at the end of the day with a satisfied and fulfilled feeling. I believe that time spent at work should give a person energy, meaning and development, not take it away. That's why I create spaces and conversations in my work that help people and teams achieve greater clarity, awareness and balance. I believe that changes begin from within the person. When a person gains more clarity within themselves, their decisions, relationships and the way they lead or work with others also change. My experience tells me that development does not arise from pressure or rushing, but from the moment when there is more presence, understanding and readiness to look at situations with fresh eyes. My superpower is creating space where complex situations become clearer and people find courage and direction within themselves to move forward. In my work, I use the possibilities of coaching, supervision and systemic approaches. I work with leaders and teams who want to make sense of their role, create more clarity and make conscious changes in their work and organization. My signature is calm, human and systemic – I create space where one can simultaneously think, feel and notice patterns that help move forward. My values are honesty, courage, love and development.
