Aha moments in coaching are wonderful - they are moments accompanied by the joy of recognition, where we understand something new or deeper about ourselves. That good feeling when you've found the missing puzzle piece after searching, without knowing it was even lost. When an Aha moment occurs, you can no longer look past it. It becomes visible, and from there begins a beautiful, challenging and results-bringing process called Change. I am a solution-focused coach and trainer. My coaching journey began in 2009 and I trained to become a professional coach in Intelligentse Grupi's "The Art and Science of Coaching" program. Additionally, I have been an NLP Master Practitioner since 2009. I have also completed group coaching training and "High Performance Team Coaching" training. I have a Master's degree in IT Management and nearly 20 years of experience as a small business owner - from freelancing, leading teams to company management and selling a majority stake in a 25-employee software development company. I have practical knowledge in human resources management, employee development, company management, business strategy and marketing. Additionally, I have been a mentor to startup entrepreneurs. I combine my entrepreneurial experience with coaching skills to help entrepreneurs grow themselves and thereby grow their companies. Thanks to my experience, I understand well the concerns and challenges of small business owners. I consider my strengths to be seeing the big picture, openness, need for development, good communication and listening skills. I am empathetic, solution-oriented and believe in people's unlimited potential. In addition to coaching and training, I also work with digital marketing and SEO, helping clients achieve better positions in Google search results. Small business owners come to me who: want to discover their greater potential, want to find their abilities, opportunities and motivation, want to articulate goals and move steadily towards them, want to see the bigger picture and/or clarify their vision, want to discuss problems that have arisen in the company and find solutions. People who want to start with entrepreneurship are also welcome in coaching. I have great joy in supporting you on your development path. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment where you can openly share your thoughts, feelings and goals. I support you in creating aha moments and implementing changes.
