Today's world needs us to reach for the best in ourselves. Sometimes life leads us to discover qualities whose existence we couldn't even imagine. Who is my coaching for? 1. People who lead communities and initiatives that serve social change. It takes great courage to walk paths that haven't been walked before and to unite people with different views and opinions for one common goal. 2. People who want to live and act in deeper alignment with their inner calling and potential. By acting in the best possible harmony with ourselves and our values, we make life better for the people around us too. As a coach, I help you: - create clarity, - distinguish important from unimportant and focus on what's needed, - find and develop your strengths that you can rely on in any situation, - find inner confidence for making decisions even in uncertain situations, - do conscious work with yourself in a safe space to grow and develop as a person through the opportunities and challenges life offers. There is much more hidden in us as human beings than we allow ourselves to believe. I have 17 years of experience creating change in various organizations and 16 years of kriya yoga practice. I have supported different communities in their development and have also been in a community leadership role myself. I study co-creation and social innovation in my doctoral work and have been practically involved with it for over 10 years.
