About

I am Kaido Pajumaa, founder, manager and trainer of Motivator (CV). My journey as a motivator and as a trainer began in the summer of 2007, when I decided to fundamentally change my life. In fact, by that time I had already done quite a lot in my life - graduated cum laude from Audentes University, obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Tartu, worked at Hansapanga for 5 years and in 2004-2007 ran a construction business as a construction entrepreneur, which we lost due to the stupid mistakes of young entrepreneurs and changes in market conditions. After the construction business disappeared in 2008, I decided to try entrepreneurship again in the trade field. I started cooperation with Kidkraft, one of the largest manufacturers of children's goods in the world. Having initially acquired the exclusive right to represent Kidraft in Estonia, I developed a network of distributors over the following years, which I later sold together with the rest of the company. The reason for this was simple - namely, the idea of an internet-based and location-less business had become more and more appealing to me. To realize this, I launched the self-development portal Sisekosmos, where in addition to blogging, I started offering e-books and courses on motivation and self-development. My journey as a trainer also grew out of this, when in 2009, at the request of readers, I conducted the first self-development/motivation class training. In 2011, companies became interested in this training, which is why the Motivator project was launched. Although I initially focused more on motivational training, in a few years I became clear that the problems of companies are often not due to low employee motivation, but to a lack of team spirit and ineffective management. As a result, I started looking for practical ways to develop teams and management, which is what I am primarily focused on in my work today. In my work, I rely a lot on the research of the last decade in psychology, management and motivation, as well as on intuitive feeling, which help to make the trainings practical, inclusive and applicable.
