I am a coach and supervisor and have worked with people for nearly 20 years – supporting their development both individually and in teams. My mission is to support the conscious development of people and teams, helping them notice their strengths, open new perspectives and move toward clarity and better collaboration. My values are respect, openness, trust, responsibility and awareness. My experience includes conducting team development days, co-visions for specialist groups, and supervision both individually and in groups. I have graduated from the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) and am a certified coach and supervisor (ANSE). My approach is calm, systematic and inclusive – I create space where different views can meet and where clarity, responsibility and joint forward movement emerge.
