When every interpersonal contact leaves behind happier people, when after each contact we feel that we have grown from this encounter and gained new strength, the world becomes better and happier in every moment. I strive to develop this attitude in myself and inspire the leaders and specialists participating in my trainings, coaching and supervision to develop it in themselves as well. I am a founding member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) and lead instructor of the 2.5-year supervisor-coach training program. As a trainer, I am most inspired today by topics such as coaching skills for leaders, mentor development, engagement and collaboration, feedback delivery, difficult conversations, customer service development, co-visioning and self-leadership. As a professional coach and supervisor, I have been a partner to leaders and teams of various levels from both Estonian and international organizations. I share my entrepreneurial experience with start-up companies in the EAS business mentor program, where I have been working as a mentor since 2008. Learning is my passion. I am an internationally certified supervisor, coach (2006-2009, TLÜ and Germany) and certified Denison Organizational Culture Survey consultant (Switzerland). I have an MA equiv in English, have continued my education at TTÜ in business administration and marketing, in Harvard University's change management program and studied sociology at Tartu Ülikool.
