I coach to encourage people to be themselves. I go to a coach when something is gnawing at my mind. I sense that I want change, but don't know exactly what kind. "What should I do? How to move forward professionally? What do I really want?" – many of us seek answers to these and other similar questions from time to time. You can reach the right answers on your own after some time, but thinking is more effective when done together. And it's also a faster way to become the next better version of yourself. I believe in coaching because I have experienced with every client how coaching has helped the client understand how they think about things in general, how justified it actually is, what is truly important to them, and what can be done to achieve it. Being a coach and witnessing these insights is always both sweet and educational for me personally. My clients are mainly either beginning or mid-level leaders, top specialists, or teams going through changes.
