It is important to me that our collaboration is honest, safe and progressive. I have been working as an adult educator and communication trainer since 2011 and as a coach for leaders and teams since 2012, as a certified supervisor since 2025. I combine evidence-based approach and practical experience from different trainings. My signature is warm and demanding at the same time. I listen, reflect and ask questions that help the client see the bigger picture, the systemic nature. I support noticing what is truly important, so that insight or development does not remain only at the level of thought but reaches everyday life.
