I am a leadership and educational coach. I have been working as a coach since 2015. I am a founding member of ICF Estonia and have served as a board member of ICF Estonia. For me, coaching means a conversation with one's wiser self. As a result of coaching, people value and trust themselves more, achieve inner strength, and are happier in all their roles. In a rapidly changing world, coaching is a discipline that helps keep a person on their chosen course regardless of the strength of disruptions while maintaining their autonomy and freedom. The coaching journey led me to the field of education – I have coached school leaders and teachers, and now work part-time as a teacher. This way I better understand what happens in schools and classrooms. Previously, I have worked as a leader at various levels (over 20 years) and also as a top specialist - worked at Invicta (leadership training), EAS, SEB, Swedbank, KPMG. Today I apply coaching in schools, share knowledge for implementing coaching tools in the classroom, offer coaching primarily to education professionals, and develop coaching tools for use in schools. I believe that coaching in the classroom supports the principle that learning brings happiness. Through teacher coaching, it is possible to achieve happiness and satisfaction with teaching.
