My mission as an executive coach is to transform people's work life into a daily source of meaning and energy, helping leaders discover their authentic SELF and their contribution to the bigger picture. We live in transformational times, and to stay on track much more confidently even during the most unstable periods, emphasis on belief in one's abilities is of crucial importance. I believe that continuous striving towards heightened self-awareness and occasionally looking deeper beneath the surface of our lives gives us the capability to create a quality life for ourselves. As a coach, I can be a supportive partner for you if you: - want to learn to know yourself better and more confidently, being ready to experiment with different ways of being; - wish to move from point "A" to point "B" and gain clarity about what is truly important to you; - want to live a life where who you are, what you do, and what you believe in all align well together; - sense entanglements or standstills in your work life and want momentum to break free from them; - wish to calibrate your work compass so that conscious choices would dynamically bring you closer to your goals. I have worked in leadership positions at Rimi Baltic Group since 2008. I have had the opportunity to create an international team and launch a new organizational unit, lead procurement departments, and drive transformation of new working methods in the Baltics, which drew inspiration from agile principles. Since 2023, I have been leading Rimi's real estate company. My 17+ years of experience as a leader has taught me above all that in order to contribute fully to company development while being completely healthy, happy, highly internally motivated, and generally well-functioning as a person, it is important to have someone beside you who is ready to support you while also presenting challenges by listening and helping you find inner balance, answers, and clarity from within yourself. As a coach, I work with a holistic approach: I focus on the client's goals, context, and inner world as a whole, creating space for deep listening, honesty, vulnerability, and the opening of new perspectives. In addition to coaching practice, I offer training that develops coaching skills, making them an everyday tool in leadership and supporting organizational development. I started with coaching in 2014 and am one of the founders of ICF Estonian Chapter (2015). My journey began with the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching program, followed by several professional developments, including Systems Team Coaching (2019), Challenging Coaching masterclass (2020), and in 2024 the Professional Practitioner Diploma Program in Executive Coaching. I am an ICF member and ACC-level Executive Coach; the training required for PCC level has been completed and I am currently focused on accumulating coaching hours. I have graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Economics (BA) and International Business Management at EBS (MA). I have also enhanced my education at Riga Stockholm School of Economics and Said Business School at Oxford University, completing the ICA Leadership and Business Development program.
