My superpower is helping people move from talk to action. I have been involved in people development and leadership for over 20 years. I am familiar with roles in crisis management teams as well as implementing high-impact changes. I am a coach and supervisor, trainer and development partner with a family therapy background, supporting leaders, teams and organizations in change, collaboration and leadership culture development. What matters to me is genuine contact, trust, responsibility and a work culture where people can learn together and honestly discuss complex topics. I believe that processes can be learned to manage, but in leading people, one can grow more conscious and trustworthy every day. My mission is to strengthen the quality of relationships, increase authenticity and encourage people to show up with their more conscious selves. I value courageous presence and open curiosity towards oneself and each other. I have supported the establishment of mentoring, coaching leadership and regular co-visions in many organizations, provided support and knowledge in conflict resolution, and trained leaders to conduct various conversations. I consider working with leadership culture most important, as it shapes people's behavior, collaboration and results in the organization. My approach is warm, clear and development-oriented. I combine practical leadership tools, reflection and systemic perspective to help notice patterns, articulate what's important and move towards conscious new choices. I have completed supervision and coaching training according to international ANSE and ISCI standards (2016), I have an EMCC (European Mentoring&Coaching Council) certificate in mentoring. I am a psychodrama practitioner and have been a Playback Theatre actor for 14 years. Currently I am completing family therapist competency training Level II (graduation 2027). I have received recognition in my previous work both as Manager of the Year and for Innovation of the Year.
