As a lifelong learner, I combine both scientific and evidence-based materials through stories and experiences from life itself in my work. I use systemic, reflective and solution-focused methodologies in my work, as well as self-aware and holistic leadership worldviews. Clients have characterized me as a strategic partner who connects activities with results; as a benevolent, engaging and inspiring trainer and also with the title "coaching ninja" who is sharp, demanding, but does it with great love and human care. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), currently on the path to completing MCC level. I have supervisor-coach quality level 7 (ESCÜ, ANSE standards), I am a Master of Strategic Management from University of Tartu. Former board member and president of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (2021-2023). I have 25 years of international management experience, have done 2800+ hours of coaching and supervision, over 1500 classroom and 150 online trainings for 7000+ people and am co-author of inspiring development cards and the book "How to be the leader your people really need?"
