My clients are leaders who need support in managing their people, implementing routines, goal setting, and everything else related to working with people. I have worked as a leader myself, predominantly as a leader of leaders. I have led approximately 2000 specialists and 60 managers at Swedbank, Omniva, and If Insurance's Baltic organization. My main task has been to implement new management principles and ways of doing business in organizations that involve people and clients, moving away from leader-centered authoritarian approaches. In addition to my mentor role, I encounter many different leaders from very different fields of life as a management trainer today. This gives me the opportunity to support you in looking at your work life from a different angle. I also do deeper work as a therapist, and if necessary, certain elements can be brought into the mentoring relationship. However, mentoring is primarily a discussion between two experienced people - my job is to ask questions and support you in finding answers. When needed, I give advice; when I see that you can find the answer yourself or it exists within you, I guide you to find it yourself. Sometimes we have continued with therapy work with some mentor clients, and this involves different methods and supports solving your challenges at a deep level. Sometimes a symptomatic approach is sufficient, sometimes you need to go deep to the root level. I believe this is my advantage - that I master different methods and can therefore support you better. My approach is supportive and guiding, but also direct when necessary. I boldly share my experiences because I have experienced both great joys and great discomforts in leadership work and as a person. I believe the idea of mentoring is that you can discuss with someone who has had similar experiences and together reach a solution that suits you. I believe my business background and deep interest in people is an excellent combination for supporting the development of teams and especially leaders. I want every leader to have thought through what their leadership footprint is - what feeling people are left with from collaborating with them and what legacy they leave to the organization. Everything starts with the leader's relationship with themselves. People's relationship with themselves creates the possibility for good relationships with those around them - at work, at home, in the world more broadly. Especially important is the leader's own contact with their inner world, because the leader's connection and relationship with team members depends on this, which in turn determines the connection and relationship with the organization. Since I am simultaneously a mentor, management trainer, therapist, and have many years of experience implementing human-centered leadership approaches in organizations, I believe I am a good partner for all leaders who have gotten stuck on their leadership journey. Over the years, I have had hundreds of hours of mentoring meetings with my clients, and I completed additional mentor training years ago. My clients have been leaders from very different fields of activity, working as first-level leaders, top executives, and naturally middle managers. I am the author of the human-centered leadership book "Leadership Footprint," a podcaster on the podcast "Management without Management," where every week we discuss leadership from a bold and different perspective than before.
