I am a psychologist by education (TRÜ 1976), later also a psychotherapist, supervisor/coach. Member of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. I started with supervision/coaching in 2006 after completing the Der Rote Faden training that meets ANSE requirements. As a psychologist, I have worked at Tallinna Psühhiaatriahaigla, Harku Prison, Tallinna Crisis Support Center and encountered people in various stressful situations. I have completed various crisis and trauma work trainings and applied them in practice. I always approach problems systemically while keeping the spiritual dimension in the background. As tools, I use various techniques - also from therapies: sculpting and constellations, sandbox, voice dialogues, bilateral stimulation possibilities, NLP techniques, etc. I work both individually and with groups and teams. The main areas have been social and public sector organizations: Tallinna Prison, Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, Saue City Government, NGO Kohila Turvakeskus, SOS Children's Village Estonia Association, Tallinna Mental Health Center, local government child protection workers and social workers. Favorite topics are case-based client work, emotion coaching, mental health and broadly speaking satisfaction with oneself, personal development, crises, stress, burnout.
