What captivates me about coaching is the combination of systemicity, creativity, and the joy of discovery. Sometimes almost magical recognitions and at the same time real changes in people resulting from dedication inspire me again and again. How clarity and goals emerge from confusion, momentum and motivation from stagnation, amazes coaching clients themselves. And it is an honor to be a partner on such journeys. I came to coaching after a 20-year career as a purchasing manager. I have worked in businesses across very different fields, starting from small family companies and ending with large international enterprises. I have led various shorter and longer projects and been involved in managing sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, product development, and production. I have also enjoyed participating in the HR field. I have graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in psychology and hold a family therapist diploma. I believe that with this background, I offer value in both personal and business contexts. I have completed coaching training at the Erickson Academy and am a certified coach. As a coach, I have international experience and also work in online environments. In my work, I consider it essential to create good contact and safe relationships, transparent communication that creates an inspiring environment for lasting changes. Regardless of which path one is currently on, as a coach I offer an encouraging journey of self-discovery and development in exactly the direction the client desires.
