I have long utilized coaching leadership in various international and local organizations and have seen how it positively impacts the growth of awareness, engagement, motivation, and relationships among individuals and teams. I have initiated the principles of coaching leadership in several companies. I have shaped organizational culture based on these principles. I have assisted in implementing major changes in companies where ownership has changed, business models have shifted, new markets have been entered, or where a startup aims to grow quickly and seeks the right path to achieve that goal. I have experience working with multicultural teams. I have lived and worked for an extended period in Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg, and Istanbul. My work area has included all of Africa, the Middle East, the Balkans, Central Asia, and Turkey. I believe that everyone has the right to good leadership—this is a fundamental need, and I invest all my energy into fulfilling it. I work with individual leaders and entrepreneurs, as well as with teams. Developing organisations through value-based leadership and encouraging the strengths is my passion and my calling.
