I have learned from life and people that by noticing and valuing positive and developmental moments, our path becomes happier. Thanks to a positive approach and engagement with self-development, coping with changes in our stressful world and the fulfillment of personal and team dreams becomes more attainable. Academically, I have studied mathematics, music and culture, and completed my master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science at Tartu Ülikooli. Additionally, I have taken many courses in development, psychology, management and counseling. During my studies, I worked in very different positions, and after completing my education, I worked as a teacher and activity leader in school, for a longer period as a cultural and educational leader in local government, and as a counselor-trainer for both youth and adults in both state institutions and private companies. In addition to supervisor-coach level 6, I also hold level 6 professional certificates as a career counselor and adult trainer, as well as mentor training from Tartu Ülikooli. I have been working as a co-vision leader since 2016, and practicing as a coach and supervisor since early 2020. I work both individually and with groups, teams, and organizations. My superpower is creating a warm and development-enabling environment where inspiring and effective insights can emerge! My village girl Raja Teele told Joosep, when the latter returned from Russia after studying wirtschaft, that the homeland needs very educated farmers. I think the same way – perhaps with the addition that it doesn't matter in which field you plow the development field – what's important is to find an activity that brings you joy and development, and then give your best in it. We all very much need around us primarily mentally healthy and positive but also active, flexible, creative and inspiring people! As a supervisor and coach, I wish to be a supporter and development companion at some crossroads for a person or team seeking their potential.
