In my daily life, I follow Maya Angelou's idea that people forget what you say or do, but they never forget how you made them feel. MA degree in Education, in addition, trainings in psychology, certificates in conflict mediation, motivational interviewing and several training models have shaped my career in such a way that I have 20+ years of profound experience in: - mental health counseling - project management - social services design - conducting workshops and trainings - mentoring and - keeping a non-profit organization running as a CEO It has been working hands-on with different teams of specialists, public and private sector and people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to define their needs, find solutions and offer support. I consider my key strengths to be finely-tuned interpersonal communication and analytical skills with dedication to expanding knowledge and workplace competencies through continuing training. As a person I'm very easy to talk to, optimistic, teamwork oriented and love a good joke to laugh about. I care deeply about the environment - #reduce #reuse #recycle. Traveling helps to open my mind. Meeting different people and places one realizes that there is no single way to lead life. It gives a broader approach to life.
