Eve Lukk
Supervisor-Coach (Level 7), Creative Therapist, Trainer, Manager, Psychotherapist
About
As a professional supervisor-coach, my mission is to provide impartial professional support, inspiration, and companionship, so that the authentic self and self-authority of those in employee or leadership roles can gain more power over the hesitant and confused self. I have actively contributed to the education, social, and healthcare sectors for the benefit of middle managers, teams, and client-work specialists in creating inclusive work and learning cultures, burnout prevention, and workplace mental health and wellbeing. For me, it is important to help create a caring, stress-free, and harmonious atmosphere, because in today's constantly changing and demanding situations, the ability to quickly and skillfully readjust is one of the most important success factors in dealing with work-related problems. This is ensured by a flexible and appreciative perspective and everyone's increasingly capable emotional management skills. In collaboration, I highly value equal partnership and the status of fellow traveler and co-creator. I am convinced that every person has creative power, internal sources of strength and resources, and unique influence to make beneficial, creative, and constructive changes in their work life based on an empowered self-image. Sometimes this requires simply walking one or two miles of the journey together with an impartial fellow traveler or co-creator who reflects the person's own strengths and inner expert capabilities on their unique path through their professional skills. Lifelong learning and process work have taught me to be guided by the principle that creating all good things takes time. From my Irish colleagues, I have adopted the guiding principle: "No rush! No pressure! No push!" What matters is building "one's own path" with clear vision and love and moving on it in a way that creates satisfaction, benefit, and work wellbeing for both others and oneself. Everyone learns and creates in their own way! My approach and working method are based on diverse training. According to the needs of the target group, group, or client, I apply humanistic, systemic, solution-focused, psychodynamic, or integrated approaches. The foundation of my quality mark is based on long-term experience in the roles of adult trainer, music therapy lecturer and program director in creative therapies degree programs, supervisor-coach, vocal music therapist, and facilitator of psychotherapeutic and empowering voice trainings. I combine several methodologies, but my distinctive style is influenced by long-term valuable process work and counseling experience with self-directed, responsible co-creators oriented toward personal development and spiritual growth. The solution-oriented empowering and wellbeing-supporting direction creates a caring, inclusive, and appreciative atmosphere and helps bring out each employee's or team member's equal vocal contribution and support. My superpower is conscious, flexible, quick vocal readjustment in the midst of uncertainty. In my toolkit, alongside traditional verbal models (such as GROW, Hawkins and Shohet's 7-eyed perspectives, etc.), I have several expressive and actively engaging creative methods (such as sound and art media, bodywork). By mutual agreement and immediate need, I use empowering wordless and meaningful voice techniques with clients that facilitate finding and expressing their position, boost confidence, and improve body and self-contact. Also available are archetypal and metaphorical reflection cards that enable analogies, allowing inner courageous encounters with trapped intensive or sabotaging feelings, supporting their normalization and inspiring clients to discover their own resourceful solutions in complex work-related deadlocks. In addition to the above, I also use personal recovery story, "Living Emotions" emotion management, CARe and Vrijbaan empowerment methodology techniques, role sculpture, role wheel, S.R. Covey self-management, conflict mediation, motivational and appreciative inquiry methods, among others. My supervision style is influenced by lifelong learning hunger, curiosity, various conscious presence-creating skills, mindfulness techniques, therapeutic listening and conversation management skills, reflective practices, valuing the creative process, simplicity, not-knowing position, metacognitive perspective, maintaining balance between safety and uncertainty, joy in interesting challenges, noticing and continuous reflection, processed growth pain and growth joy. I consider obtaining a doctoral degree in music therapy (PhD; Hamburg University of Music and Theatre) to be my greatest self-transcendence and powerful life-changing challenge, which secured innovative roles for me as a music therapy lecturer and middle manager at Tallinna Ülikool in arts therapies degree programs. I am particularly happy that in 2025 I gained momentum with the birth of the "Empowering Voice" book through self-publishing. It can be purchased through my website. My supervisor-coach training meets ANSE and ESCÜ standards. I have completed supervision training at Tallinna Ülikool and Der Rote Faden (2015-17).
