I completed supervision training in 1998 in the first cohort of Achim Fritzsche's training program held in Estonia. I am a founding member of several health and mental health organizations established at the end of the last century and still active today: Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association, Estonian Academic Sexology Society, Estonian Mental Health Association, etc. Currently, I am also involved in supervisor training at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute) and hold ESCÜ level eight qualification. I provide supervision, training, and have a private practice at Roosikrantsi 11, Tallinn. I have been self-employed since 1998. In 2019, I worked as a volunteer business consultant for six months in Africa, in Shianda village, Kenya. In my free time, I love reading and spend as much time as possible in nature, and go winter swimming when I can.
