I have studied engineering and business management both in Estonia and elsewhere in the world. I have worked since 1993 as a leader of various manufacturing companies, with the last 16 years in an international corporation in different countries. Seeing and experiencing different cultures and management styles has enabled me to develop many skills. I have been working as a mentor since 2006, which I came to through personal development needs. Since 2015, I have been an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach. From the same year, I also work as a management trainer. I have been a mentor, coach and trained leaders from very different areas of life because leadership topics are universal. At the same time, a leader and leadership is not a thing in itself, but a leader must be whole in all their actions and thinking, knowing themselves, then successes will come. My passion is raising leadership quality, sports and poetry.
