My superpower is creating joy and bringing out everyone's potential. I am a laughter trainer, supervisor, coach and have also worked for a long time as an Estonian language and literature teacher. I love people and discovering their potential. I enjoy play and self-discovery through playful and creative activities. I have long studied understanding and unraveling myself and others at the Moreno center, where I have completed training as both a psychodrama director and coach and supervisor. I believe that all the answers exist within a person, but sometimes we have locked them away. I am happy to be the key that leads to the deeper chambers within us. Teacher balance is one of the topics that really speaks to me. I support people working in schools in their professional and personal development, helping them notice new perspectives and find greater inner balance.
