I believe that a good supervisor does not give quick answers, but creates space where thoughts can become clear and a person can grow stronger in their work. I value humanity, presence and caring. I support specialists in carrying difficult stories, helping them find clarity, take care of themselves and remain human in their work. My experience in social, health and education sectors has taught me to notice both others and myself and to trust the process and the person on this journey. My superpower is presence. I am a certified supervisor and coach and have achieved Level 7 qualification (ESCÜ quality standard). I have completed supervision and coaching training at Tallinn University.
